Niels Verdonk has been a long time agile advocate, and introduced Scrum in his organisation as a manager, scaling to 9 teams using Scrum, Kanban and XP practices. Since then Niels has supported various organizations in their transition to Agile, from large enterprises to small startups, in the Software domain as well as in non-IT environments. 

 

Although Niels is a Certified Scrum Trainer, he primarily focusses on coaching Organisations. Because of this he can share lots of practical examples during his classes to support the theory. Next to Scrum and Kanban training, Niels provides training on various related topics ranging from Coaching to XP practices.
